SAMYA Practice promotes innovation and positive change by holistic means. A typical SAMYA seminar lasts approximately 2 hours (we can also do a 1 or 1.5 hour seminar or something longer if you choose).

As an attorney, SAMYA’s founder, Flynn Coleman, has found that mindfulness powerfully enhances the lives and work of legal professionals. This seminar, which includes a 1 hour CLE, will help increase personal focus, organizational development, innovative problem-solving, and productivity, and also help to foster stronger bonds among colleagues and between attorneys and clients.
Mindfulness promotes a healthful unity—a harmony of purpose, thought, action, and consequence—not only for individuals but also for societies. SAMYA’s founder, Flynn Coleman, a women’s rights advocate, has spent many years working with women, experiencing the uniquely transformative power of women coming together as a community, especially in our modern landscape. Flynn has witnessed this power in diverse settings (for example, among her friends, colleagues, and legal clients) and in more extreme circumstances (for example, among survivors of human rights abuses in Chile and Haiti, and among domestic rights survivors in New York).
This pioneering program engages with modern issues from a feminine perspective, and may include energy management, and new work life balance strategies, discussions about multitasking, women’s yoga, continuing legal education for female attorneys, and tools for alleviating the stress and highlighting the joy of being a modern woman.
